退貨和退款 Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after you have received the items, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We only offer refund or exchange to items that are defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us prior to shipping the defective items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@drmlab.com.hk and send your item to: DrM Lab, Room 302, Sterling Centre, 11 Cheung Yue Rd, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong SAR, China.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: DrM Lab, Room 302, Sterling Centre, 11 Cheung Yue Rd, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR, China.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over HK$100, you should consider using shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
退貨
我們的政策為期7天。如果您在收到商品後已過7天,我們將無法為您退款或換貨。我們僅對有缺陷的物品提供退款或換貨。

然後與您的信用卡公司聯繫,這可能需要一些時間才能正式發佈退款。
接下來,請與您的銀行聯繫。退款通常需要一些處理時間。
如果您已完成所有操作,但仍未收到退款,請與我們聯繫。
優惠貨品(如適用)
僅正價商品可以退款,優惠貨品不能退款。
換貨(如適用)
我們僅在貨品有缺陷的情況下更換。如果您需要將其更換,請發送電子郵件至info@drmlab.com.hk,並將您的物品發送至:長沙灣長裕街11號,定豐中心3樓2室DrM Lab ,香港特別行政區九龍區。
運輸
要退回產品,您應將產品郵寄至:中國香港特別行政區長沙灣長裕街11號,定豐中心3樓2室 DrM Lab。
您將負責為退還物品支付運輸費用。運輸費用概不退還。如果您收到退款,將從您的退款中扣除退貨運費。
換貨到達的時間,根據您的住所可能有所不同。
如果您要運送價值超過HK$200的物品,則應考慮運輸跟踪服務或購買運輸保險。我們不保證會收到您退回的物品。
